Calmr — Content Creator Terms
By agreeing to collaborate with Calmr (“Calmr”, “we”, “us”), you (“Creator”) agree to the following terms governing your participation in the Calmr Content Partner Program (the “Program”).
1. Scope of Collaboration
Creators are engaged to produce original video content in support of the official launch of Calmr.
Each Creator agrees to:
- Create four (4) original video pieces featuring Calmr products
- Ensure content positively, authentically, and clearly references Calmr
- Produce content suitable for use across platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat
- For avoidance of any doubt, Content includes any and all content, posts, photos, videos, pictures, writings, or any other work product that you create as part of the Services or otherwise related to the work product you create for Calmr or at Calmr’s request.
- Share and promote your Promo Code with your followers to purchase Calmr
- Promptly respond to communications from any of your followers related to Calmr.
- Promptly respond to communications from Calmr .
2. Content Requirements
All content must:
- Be original and created specifically for Calmr
- Be filmed in vertical (9:16) format
- Clearly feature the Calmr sweatset in the video
- Avoid misleading, false, defamatory, or negative claims about Calmr

3. Posting & Usage Rights
- The Creator agrees to publish the agreed content on their own social media channels on launch day and (3) three more times within the following fortnight.
- Creator grants Calmr a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, repost, edit, adapt, distribute, and run paid advertising using the content across all Calmr-owned and operated marketing channels
- Calmr may add captions, subtitles, music, or make minor edits to the content
4. Compensation & Commission
a) Product Compensation
In exchange for the required content, Creator will receive:
- One (1) Calmr sweatset, with size and colour subject to availability
b) Commission & Creator/Ambassador Link
Calmr will provide the Creator with a unique Link or referral code.
The Creator may use this link, in compliance with these Terms, to earn ten percent (10%) of Gross Revenue received by Calmr from purchases of Calmr merchandise made using the code/link or otherwise directly attributable to it (the “Commission”).
“Gross Revenue” means the amount actually paid by a customer for Calmr merchandise and excludes shipping costs, sales tax, refunds, discounts, chargebacks, or similar charges.
Calmr shall pay Commissions in accordance with its then-current payment policies and practices. Calmr reserves the right to modify its payment policies at any time in its sole discretion and will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes.
The Creator acknowledges that the Commission constitutes full and sufficient consideration for participation in the Program, and that no additional compensation, payment, equity, or consideration shall be owed beyond the Commission expressly described herein.
You should clearly advise your followers/customers to use your Promo Code or affiliate link to purchase Calmr Products in order track sales for you to receive commissions. While Calmr makes every reasonable effort to accurately track and pay commissions for all Creators sales, Calmr is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any technical difficulties, outside events, actions by other creators and/orambassadors, or other uncontrollable events that may disrupt or interfere with Calmr’s ability to track sales or pay commissions.
c) Prohibited Use of Creator/Ambassador Link
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:
- Sharing your code or link on public websites, including but not limited to Reddit, Google, coupon sites, or deal aggregation platforms
- Disparaging Calmr’s products, advertising, business practices, employees, or operations
- Using inappropriate language or referencing controversial, offensive, or sensitive topics while promoting Calmr
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in:
- Immediate termination of the Creator’s participation
- Deactivation of the Creator/Ambassador Link
- Forfeiture of all unpaid Commissions, to the fullest extent permitted by law
Upon termination, Calmr will provide a final commission report and pay any valid, non-forfeited Commissions in accordance with its payment policies.
5. Content Quality & Delivery
- Calmr reserves the right to request reasonable revisions if content does not meet brand guidelines or quality standards
- Failure to deliver the required content may result in forfeiture of Commission eligibility and/or termination from the Program
6. Disclosure & Compliance
Creator must:
- Clearly disclose the partnership in accordance with platform requirements (e.g. #ad, #gifted, #CalmrPartner)
- Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws
7. Termination
Calmr may terminate this agreement if:
- Required content is not delivered as agreed
- Content materially harms, misrepresents, or conflicts with the Calmr brand
- Creator breaches any provision of these Terms
Termination does not affect valid Commissions earned prior to termination unless forfeiture applies due to a breach.
8. Independent Contractor
Creator is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Calmr.
9. Representations & Warranties
Creator represents and warrants that:
- They are eighteen (18) years of age or older
- They have the legal right and authority to enter into and perform under this Agreement
- Participation will not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party agreements
- Content will not infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights of any third party
- Content will not be abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, hateful, racist, misleading, or otherwise objectionable
10. Acceptance
Participation in the Calmr Content Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
