Calmr Returns Policy

Sometimes an item doesn’t feel quite right — and that’s completely okay. At Calmr, we keep returns calm, simple, and stress‑free. Eligible pieces can be returned for an exchange or store credit that never expires.

How to Start a Return

Email info@wearcalmr.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number

We’ll guide you through the next steps. Once your return reaches our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 14 business days, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s complete.

This policy sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you ever need support, our team is here to help.

While we offer some great shipping rates (hello, free shipping on 2+ items), unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping for the return of your product.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Requests outside this window, or items that don’t meet our return conditions, can’t be accepted.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 14 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
  • Your store credit information is delivered via email, never expires, and can be used on any future order.

Return Conditions

To keep things fair and fresh for everyone, returned items must be:

  • In new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, makeup, pet hair, or scent
  • With all original tags attached (if applicable)
  • Within the original polybag of the item.

Items that arrive in non‑sellable condition won’t qualify for exchange or store credit.

Please note that original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Your Return Options

Exchange

Swap your item for a different size or colour (subject to availability). Your replacement ships once your return is received and processed.

Store Credit

Receive a store credit equal to your product return value. It never expires.

Good to know

  • Exchanges are processed at the discounted price paid for each item.
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll automatically issue store credit.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
  • Return delivery costs are payable by the customer.
  • There are no return fees.

Because of this, returned items can’t always be resold as truly new, and we never want to compromise the experience you receive.

By offering exchanges and store credit instead of refunds, we’re able to:

  • Ensure every customer receives a pristine, untouched piece
  • Avoid raising prices across our collection to include the cost of processing refunds
  • Maintain the donation to a Mental Health charity as part of your order

Your store credit never expires and can be used toward anything that brings you calm.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll fix it quickly. Please contact info@wearcalmr.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label or SKU
  • Your name and order number

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement for the same item and size (subject to availability). Claims submitted after 5 days or without the required images may not qualify.
